An operation aimed at purchasing technologically modern equipment for testing milk, and packing cheese and whey powder at the Ryki Dairy Cooperative, which is contributing to the innovativeness of the process, is co-financed by the European Union as part of the subaction “Supporting investments in processing agricultural products, marketing or developing them” of the Rural Development Programme 2014–2020.

Naturally smoked Rycki Edam flow packed

Delicate, aromatic cheese that owes its uniqueness to careful process of natural smoke curing.

Rycki Edam is made with Polish milk originating from ecologically clean areas of the Lublin region.

The smoking process takes place in a traditional smokehouse, and is fired with beech and alder wood. During this process, the cheese acquires its unique taste, distinct aroma and characteristic light brown crust.
